Call us for appointments to view on 00 44 (0)1903 202272 *A House in Brittany & A House in Normandy offer a free service to property viewers - Your property will cost you no more when you view via us than if you were to travel and view properties straight off the street - and, in a case such as that - how will you know who you are dealing with and what is the extent od their service. We recieve a commission from the selling agent on the French side when your chosen property on the French side is yours and the keys are in your hand. And... whilst we're on about things NOT to do - These companies who ask for a fee up front...Don't pay anything to anyone until you find your new home and have signed a Compromis. Some businesses actually ask for £100 for making appointments with French agencies! In fact at 'Vive la France' I saw one asking for £500!! - how very dare you!!. It's only a means of stopping you from looking more widely and finding what YOU want! Not only that but there are some other companies who load the price of the properties which they have on offer and you could be asked to pay far more than with other agents....We hear a lot about these situations, but often it's too late and the damage is already done - just check carefully before you commit yourself. Caveat Emptor...Let the buyer beware! ...a little light reading...:- Looking for a house in Brittany or Normandy?
