This house is located  at 5 mn drive from LE TEILLEUL and first shops, at the bottom of its private lane.

it is sold with 12 630 sqm of land ( ar. 3 acres) and two outbuildings.

The front land is grass and at the rear of the property there are trees.

To keep the property without no neighbour, it would be necessary to buy in addition to the property the house to restore with its timbered outbuilding located at the south of the property. (the 3 last photos) with 1812 sqm (1 500 sqm of land and around 300 sqm of private lane for a potential separate access). It is for sale at 23 600 € AFI.

The house 1254 comprises of on the ground floor : 

a fitted kitchen in the lean to at the left of the house, with at the rear a utility room with a separate wc-shower.

(The official document mentions a risk of RADON 3/3 but it is the risk for the whole commune of LE TEILLEUL it means that if there is a place where there is granite and a risk of radon, they mention all the commune with that risk.)

And I checked the water tables which don't appear as risks on official document, there are some not deep underground the property (logical as there is a well) so there is a low risk of underground raising of water table but no overflow.
